OFFER TO FELDC R.	REAL, JR. AND	WIFE, LILLIAN	STIELER REAL
FOR RIGHT	OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY	16
On this the	13th day of May,	1974, came on	to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated
by the Texas Highway Department as right of Way parcel No. 30A from
Felix R. Real, Jr. and wife, Lillian Stieler Real, for the reconstruction
of State Highway i6,
and it appearing to the Court that, as a.
result of prior negotiations between the owners and Kerr County an agreed
conaidesation for the conveyance of the said Parcel No. 30A has been
arrived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethekn, seconded


by Commissioner Bartel, and	unanimously	approved	by the	Court	that Kerr County
offers to pay Felix R. Real,	Jr, and wife,	Lillian	Stieler	Real,	the sum of
$506.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the
State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.184 acres out aŁ Survey ,
No. 4x00, J. L. Lester, with paymer+t.. being made upon app;oval fox f;ling
axid recordation by the Texas Highway Departmoxit of the owners', properly,:,"

executed right of way deed, which approval shall be conditioned on final ;
• title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, iacludirig cu;rent taxes '
