E. Lehmann and wife, Frances H. Lehmann and Gordon H. 7 ~.~ Monroe and wife, Peggy 5. Monroe, the sum of $24, 435. 00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 4 tracts of land out of various surveys, comprising 11.635 acres and designated as Parcel No. 26A, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed right of way deed, together with a partial release of outstanding liens by Travelers Insurance Company and by Guadalupe Land Company, Inc. , which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $24, 435. 00 payable to G. E. Lehmann, Frances H. Lehmann, Gordon H. Monroe and Peggy S. Monroe, which voucher shall be delivered upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way deed and partial releases of liens as aforesaid.
