Price, Jr. and wife, Gloria Frice, for the reconstruction ` ~; of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of ~. ^i ~ ~, ~y prior negotiations an agreQd consideration for the conveyance of the said '~ i " ~~'' Parcel No. 14 has been rived at, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner . ~ ; z. ~~ , ~~: Bartel seconded by Commissioner Sa11eE , ., >, ~~ ~ ~-'> and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay ~~ '~ R. F. Frice, Jr. and wife, Gloria Price, the sum of $4, 000. 00 as -• compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land out of Lot No. 11 of Kerrville Hills Ranch Estates, comprising 0.861 acres out of Survey No. 147, N. Hoyt, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed right of way deed, together with a partial release of an outstanding lien by Hill Country Savings and Loan Association, Inc., which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $4, 000. 00 payable to R. F. Price, Jr. , Gloria Frice and Hill Country Savings and Loan Association, Inc. , which voucher shall be delivered upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way deed and partial release of lien as aforesaid.
