'> and wife, Elizabeth Ann Robertson, the sum of $840.00 as compensation for land
and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land
comprising 0.186 acres out of Survey No. 400, J. S. Lester, with payment
being made	upon approval for	filing and recordation	by the Texas	Highway
Department	of their properly	executed right of way	deed, together	with a partial
release of an outstanding lien by the Community Savings and Loan Association
of Fredericksburg, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval

and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed
against the	property conveyed, and	it is further ordered that the Clerk	and	the
Treasurer	be authorized to draw a	voucher on the Highway 16 right of	way	fund
in the amount of $840. 00 payable to Richard E. Robertson, Jr. , Elizabeth Ann
Robertson, and Community Savings and Loan Association of Fredericksburg,
which voucher shall be delivered upon final approval for filing and recordation
by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way deed and partial release
of lien as aforesaid.
