ROSS AND WIFE, LEONA ROSS FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 12th day of August, 1974, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land designated by the Texas Highway Department as right of way Farcel No. 22 from George E. Ross and wife, Leona Ross, for the reconstruction of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior r~ .r. '. Ross and wife, Leona Ross, the sum `;~,pf $5,300.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the :s~~ State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 1.309 acres out of Survey J ~~ No. 147, N. Hoyt, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the owners' properly executed right of way deed, which approval shall be conditioned on final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $5,300.00 payable to George E. Ross and wife, Leona Ross, which voucher shall be delivered to the owners upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the right of way deed as aforesaid.
