`	Russell J. Logan and wife, Patricia Lynn	Logan,	the sum of $1, 100. 00

	as compensation for land and damages for	their conveyance to the State of
Texas a parcel of land comprising 0.253 acres out of Survey No. 400,
J. S. Lester, with payment being made upon approval for filing and
recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed
right of way deed, together with a partial release of outstanding liens by
the First National Bank of Kerrville, and by the Chas. Schreiner Bank of
Kerrville, Texas, which approval shall be conditioned on final title
approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes
heretofore assessed against the p~operty conveyed, and it is further ordered
that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on
the Highway 16 right of way fund in the amount of $1, 100. 00 payable to
Russell J. Logan, Patricia Lynn Logan, First National Bank of Kerrville,
and Chas. Schreiner Bank, which voucher shall be delivered upon final
approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the
right of way deed and partial releases of liens as aforesaid.
