OFFER TO RIVERHILL CLUB AND ESTATES, LTD. FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR
STATE HIGHWAY 16
Qn this the 30th day of August, 1974, came on to be heard and considered
by the Court the matter of acquiring four parcels of land designated by the Texas
Highway Department as Parcels 21, 21A, 21B, and 21C for the reconstruction of
State Highway 16; and it appearing to the Court that, as a result of prior negotiations
with ,representatives of Riverhill Club and Estates, Ltd. , a limited partnership, the

partxtership's conveyance to the State of Texas of the four hereinafter set forth

' 1. Parcel 21 comprising 1.510 acres $7,500.00
2. Parcel 21A comprising 0.014 acres $ 150.00
3. Parcel 21B comprising 0.066 acres $ 540.00
4. Parcel 21C comprising 8.785 acres $24,662.50
Total $32, 852. 50
Payment of the foregoing total sum of $32, 852. 50 shall be made upon
approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of the partnership's
right of way deed as aforesaid together with all partial releases of liens and other
encumbrances as may be required for final title approval of the said four parcels
and additionally upon the payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes
heretofore assessed against the property conveyed; and it is further ordered that the
Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right
of way fund in the amount of $32, 552. 50 payable to Riverhill Club and Estates, Ltd. ,
which voucher shall be delivered upon final title approval and final approval for
filing by the Texas Highway Department of the four right of way deeds aforesaid
and accompanying partial releases of liens and encumbrances.
