ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 12, 213 OFFER TO RUSSELL J. LOGAN,
PATRICIA LYNN LOGAN, FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF KERRVILLE AND
CHAS. 5CHREINER BANK FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16
On this the 19th day of September, 1974, came on to be heard
and considered by the Gourt the matter of amending a portion of Order
No. 12,213 entered on August 30, 1974 and recorded in Vol. N, Page 535
of the minutes of the Commissioners' Court: and it appearing to the Court
that the said order No. 12,213 provided for the issuance of a voucher by
the Clerk and the Treasurer in the amount of $1, 100. 00 payable to Russell
J. Logan, Patricia Lynn Logan, First National E ank of Kerrville and Chas. '
Schreiner Bank upon the final filing for recordation of the right of way ,
instruments concerned; and it further appearing to the Court that the tienholder
banks have executed and delivered the partial releases of liens concerned
and that the said First National Bank of Kerrville and Chas. Schreiner Bank
have executed and delivered the said partial releases without requiring their
participation in the consideration for the conveyance of Farcel 2EJ as referred
to in said order No. 12, 213, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Schwethelm seconded by Commissioner Stone and
unanimously approved by the Court that Commissioners' Court Order No. 12, 213
entered on August 30, 1974 be amended so as to provide that the Clerk and the
Treasurer shall draw a voucher on the Highway 16 right of way fund in the
amount of $1, 100. 00 payable to Russell J. Logan and wife, Patricia Lynn
Logan for delivery as originally authroized.
