ORDER NO. 12462 ~ ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTAIN KERR COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR COUR'THOU5E AND JAIL BOND ELECTION TO BE HELD ON AUGUST b, 1975 On this the 14th day of July, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of consolidating certain election precincts of Kerr County for the purpose of conducting a Courthouse and Jail Bond Election oxdered by the Commissioners` Court to be held on August 6, 1975; and it appearing to the Court that Section 2.02(g) of the Texas Election Code authorizes the combination of any two or more Kerr County election precincts into consolidation precincts for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid bond election; and it further appearing to the Court that the costs of conducting this election would be materially reduced by certain consolidations, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner SChwethelm seconded by Commissioner Sallee ,and unanimously approved by the Court that for the purpose of conducting the Courthouse and Jail Bond Election called for August 6, 1975, the following consolidations of Kerr County's 19 regular election precincts shafl be as follows: 1. ElectiozY precincts 1 and ? are consolidated into a single precinct with the Y{err County Courthouse being designated as the polling place; 2.
