WHEREAS, under and by viY't„e of an order duly passed
by the Commissioners' Court of r eri t~ount;T, Texas , on the 14th
day of July, 1975 , an election was helrl its said County on the
6th day of August, 1975, for the purpose of submitting certain
pro^ositions to issue bonds to the resident atualif_ied electors
of the County of Kerr, Texas; and
L]HEREAS , it is hereby found and determined that said
elect~_on was held in accordance with the authorizing proceedings,
t~iat notice of the election was duly given in the form, manner
end time required by law, and that said election was in all
res;~ects legally held and conducted in accordance with the laws
of the State of Texas applicable thereto; and
WHEREAS, the returns of said election have been made
to this governing body and said returns, duly and legally made,
show t'ne following votes were cast on the propositions submitted at
said election, to-wit:

SECTION 2: That it is further found and determined
that the results of the election as canvassed and tabulated in the
preamble hereof properly represent the expressed desires of the
resident qualified electors voting at said electiono
SECTION 3: That a majority of the resident qualified
electors voting at said election having voted in favor of Proposi-
tion Number One and Proposition Number Two, the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, is authorized and empowered to issue
the bonds on behalf of said County in the amount and for the
purposes mentioned in Proposition Number One and Proposition Number
Two, as set forth in the proceedings calling the electiono

ON THIS the 11th day of August, 1975, the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, convened in re~ular~session at the
regular meeting place thereof in the Court oh-use at Kerrville,
Texas, the meeting being open to the public and notice of said
meeting, giving the data, time, place and subject thereof, having
been given as prescribed by Article 6252-17, Section 3A, VoA,ToCoS,,
the following members of the Court being present, to-wit:

The County Judge introduced to the Commissioner's Court

The order having been read in full, it was moved by
Commissioner Bartel and seconded by Commissioner
Sal ee t at t e same be adoptedo Thereupon the
question eing called for, the fallowing members of the Court voted
"AYE": Judge Neunhoffer and Commissioners Schwethelm,
Sallee, Bartel and Stone; and none voted "NOa"
The County Judge declared the motion carried and the
order passed, and the Clerk was instructed to record same in the
proper Minutes of the Courto
