'i NO. 12456 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF JUANITA REEVES MAPLES, FOR APPOINTMENT OF HARRIET DIXON,'
AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR OF RSRR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 14th day of July 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the application
. of Juanita Reeves Maples, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to
' appoint and deputize Harriet Dixon as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas,
and it appearing to the Court that said application should be approved; therefore, upon motion,
made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved
that said officer be authorized to deputize Harriet Dixon as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector,
at a salary of $5100.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same bei~c
July 14, 1975, payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

NO. 12457 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE FOR EILEEN BROWN, DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERK COUNTY, TEXAS'
On this the 14th day of July 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
'~ Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of Eileen Brown, Deputy
Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be increased from $5160.00 per annum to 55760.00 per annum,
effective as of July 1, 1975.

NO. 12458 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 14th day of July 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and are
hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

NO. 12459 APPORTIONMENT OF $14,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 14th day of July 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer
be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge
Fund to the respective Commissioners Precincts:

On this the 14th day of July 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously accepted the recommendation of Concerned
Citizens Committee, II - Re: Proposed Court House and Jail Improvements, which recommendation
