Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from January 1, 1975 and ending June 30, 1975 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $7,972.58. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12449 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1975 On this the 14th day of July 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the appointment of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen precincts of Kerr County and the absentee box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 50 thru 56, Volume 2, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas. Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12450 ORDER CHANGING ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 1976 On this the 14th day of July 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.04(a), Texas Election Code, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, did at its regular July 1975 Term order the following changes in the boundaries of certain Elec- tion Precincts of Kerr County, the said changes to be effective for all elections held on and after March 1, 1976. Kerr County voters registering as qualified voters for the 1976 ~. ' election year will be registered pursuant to the said precinct boundary changes, which are as follows: 1. That portion of Election Precinct No. 19 bounded on the North by Town Creek, on the West by the West line of the Hazy Hills and Blue Bell Hills Additions to the City of Kerrville, on the South by Jackson Road, and on the East by Culberson Avenue, is detached from Election Precinct No. 19 voting at the Blackwell Fire Station; 2. The foregoing area as detached from Election Precinct No. 19 is attached to Election Precinct No. 18 to be known as the Blue Bell Precinct with anew voting place for said precinct to be established at the Fellowship Hall of the Trinity Baptist Church, Done by order of the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County. /s/ Julius R.
