Kerr County voters registering as qualified voters for the 1976 election year will be registered pursuant to the said precinct boundary changes, which are as follows: 1. Church By-Laws prohibiting smoking inside of church buildings will be strictly adhered to and respected; 2. Kerr County agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Trinity Baptist Church, its trustees and legal representatives for any damages or injuries to any natural person or the property of such natural person, which damages or injuries result from the use of Church ~`~ premises or buildings as a polling place in accordance with this agreement. Such indemnity shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the limit of liability as set forth in Article 6252-19 (Torts Claims Act) of the Texas Civil Statutes as presently or hereafter amended; 3.
