at a point in the centerline of State Highway No. 27, also being Main Street at this point, at its intersection with the centerline of Town Creek, in the City of Kerrville, Texas; THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the centerline of State Highway No. 27 around the arc of a curve to the left, to its intersection with the centerline of West Water Street; THENCE in a Northwesterly direction along the centerline of West Water Street to its inter- section with the centerline oŁ Circle Avenue (West branch); THENCE in a Northeasterly direc- tion along the centerline of Circle Avenue (West branch) to its intersection with the center- line of Jackson Road; THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the centerline of Jackson Road to a point S 45° West of the Southwest corner of the Blue Bell Hills Addition to the City of Kerrville, the said point also being in the Northwest line of the middle 1/3 of Survey No. 120, Saalter Fosgate; THENCE North 45° East to the Southwest corner of the Blue Bell Hills Addition and continuing on the same course with the West line of said Blue Bell Hills Addition and the Northwest line of the middle 1/3 of Survey 120 to the Northwest corner of said Blue Bell Hills Addition and the Southwest corner of the Hazy Hills Addition to the City of Kerr- ville; THENCE continuing North 45° East. with the west line oŁ the Hazy Hills Addition and the East line of the Fawn Valley Addition to the City of Kerrville to the Northwest corner of said Hazy Hills Addition and continuing North 45° East with the Northwest line of the middle 1/3 of Survey 120 and the present city limits of the City of Kerrville to the center- ~~ line of Town Creek; THENCE in a Southeasterly direction with the meanders of the centerline of Town Creek to the place of Beginning; and elections in said precinct shall be held at the Fellowship Hall of the Trinity Baptist Church. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12451 ORDER ACCEPTING PROPOSAL FOR USE OF CERTAIN FACILITIES OF THE TRINITY BAPTIST CHURCH AS A POLLING PLACE FOR ELECTIONS IN REDEFINED ELECTION PRECINCT 18 WHICH ARE HELD AT COUNTY EXPENSE On this the 14th day of July, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the proposal of the Deacons of the Trinity Baptist Church of Kerrville, Texas to permit, subject to the approval of the Church membership, the use of the Church Fellowship Hall for elections held at County expense in election precinct 18 of Kerr County as redefined this date effec- tive March 1, 1976; and it appearing to the Court that the proposal as heretofore communicated to the Court on behalf of the Deacons of the Church is acceptable, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that, subject to final approval by the membership of the Church, elections conducted in election precinct 18 at County expense ^ubsequent to March 1, 1976 will be held in the Fellow- ship Hall of the Trinity Baptist Church on the following terms and conditions: 1. Church By-Laws prohibiting smoking inside of church buildings will be strictly adhered to and respected; 2. Kerr County agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Trinity Baptist Church, its trustees and legal representatives for any damages or injuries to any natural person or the -i1' property of such natural person, which damages or injuries result from the use of Church premises or buildings as a polling place in accordance with this agreement. Such indemnity shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the limit of liability as set forth in Article 6252-19 (Torts Claims Act) of the Texas Civil Statutes as presently or hereafter amended; 3. Upon request, Kerr County will reimburse the Church for reasonable costs incurred incident to the provision of its facilities for each individual election there conducted at County expense. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
