On this the 14th day of July 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Elections conducted in Election
Precinct No. 15 at County Expense be redesignated as Central Fire Station.

NO. 12453 ORDER DISAPPROVING STATEWIDE iFUNTING, FISHING AND TRAPPING PROCLAMATION NO. A-3,
1975-76 AND SUBSTITUTING SAME FOR ORDER NO. 12,406 ENTERED ON MAY 12, 1975
On this the 14th day of July, 1975, came on to be heard by the Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County sitting at its regular July, 1975 term and at its first regular meeting occurring
more than 5 days subsequent to the 29th day of April, 1975 and at cahicii prior public notice
of the consideration of this proclamation has been given pursuant to the provisions of Article
6252-17, Vernons Texas Civil Statutes, the matter of further considering the approval or dis-
approval of Statewide Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No. A-3, 1975-76; and it is
ordered upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, with Commis-
sioners Schwethelm, Sallee, Bartel and Stone voting "Aye" and County Judge Neunhoffer voting
"No", said motion carrying by a majority vote that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County
disapprove in its entirety Statewide Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No. A-3, 1975-
76; and it is further ordered that it is the intention of the Court, that, pursuant to the
provisions and authority of House Bill No. 1893 of the 64th Legislature, the taking of the
wildlife resources of the County shall be governed by the General Law of the State of Texas;
and it is additionally ordered that this order shall be substituted for and supersede the

Court's order No. 12,406 entered on the 12th day of May, 1975 and recorded in Vol. N, page
619 of the minutes of the Court.

NO. 12454 REVISED FIELD AGREEMENT--BUREAU OF SPORT r^ISHERIES & WILDLIFE COOPERATING WITH
TEXAS AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION SERVICE - TEXAS ANIMAL DAMAGE CONTROL ASSOCIATION,
INC. AND KERR COUNTY
On this the 14th day of July 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Revised Field Agreement - Bureau
of Sport Fisheries and Wildlife cooperating with Texas Agricultural Extension Service, Texas
Animal Damage Control Association, Inc. and Kerr County, with a $25.00 per month increase,
effective September 1, 1975.

NO. 12455 ORDER DESIGNATING ANCIL M. DOUTHIT AS KERB COUNTY REPRESENTATIVE TO THE ALAMO
MANPOWER CONSORTIUM
On this the 14th day of July, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
matter of appointing a Kerr County representative to the Alamo Manpower Consortium which is
comprised of the 12 counties of the AACOG region and the City of San Antonio; and it appearing
to the Court that Ancil M. Douthit in his capacity as City Manager of the City of Kerrville
can most effectively represent the interest of all the governmental entities of Kerr County
in the functions of the Manpower Consortium, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County shall
hereafter and until further orders of the Court be represented in the Alamo Manpower Con-
sortium by Ancil M. Douthit, City Manager of the City of Kerrville, and that he shall be
vested with full powers of voting and participation in all matters not requiring direct
approval or action by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County.
