I', and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12464 AFPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF E. A. SCHREIBER, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF TERESA
JEAN OLIVER, AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
' On this the 22nd day of July 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the application
of E. A. Schreiber, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize
,'Teresa Jean Oliver as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the Court that
!said application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
,seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized
to deputize Teresa Jean Oliver as Deputy Sheriff, at a salary of $5760.00 per annum, effective __,
the date of her qualification, the same being July 22, 1975, said salary payable out of
Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.
