M. & Lateral Road Fund, $10,000.00 out of Flood Control Maintenance Fund and $5,000.00 out of Social Security Fund, be invested in ~~Interest Searing Certificates of Deposits with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investments I!shall be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificates of Deposits shall be for a I, period of 90 days from date of investment. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw proper 'vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the aforesaid 'investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank. i o-o-o-o-o-o-o-e-o-o ~NO. 12469 ACCEPTANCE OF 1974 AUDIT AND PAYMENT OF SAME On this the 11th day of August 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Audit of the Kerr County Records for 1974, as made by Pressler, Thompson and Company be accepted and that their claim in the amount of $7500.00 for their services be paid and that the Clerk and Treasurer be 'authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund for payment of same. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o IN O. 12470 BUDGET HEARING SET FOR SEPTEMBER 4th, 1975 at 9:00 o'clock A. On this the 11th day of August 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded Iby Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that a public hearing on the 1976 Budget Ifor Kerr County, Texas, be set at 9:00 o'clock A. NI., September 4th, 1975 and that the County (Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notice thereof to be published din the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, ',will submit for consideration of the public, a Budget for the Control of the County Financial 'Affairs during the fiscal year, January 1st, 197Fi to December 31, 1976, the same to be at a 'public hearinn to be held September 4th, 1975 at 9:00 o'clock A.
