N0. 12471 ORDER INSTRUCTING LESTER B. WHITTON AND A. B. SWANK TO REVISE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS FOR ADDITIONAL COURTHOUSE OFFICE SPACE AND THE CITY/COUNTY JAIL On this the 11th day of August, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of instructing Lester B. 4ahitton and A. B. Swank to proceed with revising the construction documents for additional courthouse office space and the City/County jail. These required revisions are as follows: (1) The first floor space (housing the County Tax Assessor-Collector and County Clerk s offices) and the ground floor covered parking area shall be enlarged by approximately 3,200 square feet each. This action will reduce the overhang of the proposed jail floor from 10 feet to 2 feet. (2) The around floor (parkinrl area) shall be designed such that it can be enclosed for office space at a later date without requiring structural changes. (3) The jail floor which is to be built at a later date, shall be provided with necessary mechanical and electrical rough-ins. Structure up to future jail floor is to be provided for future construction of the jail. It is ordered on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and un- animously approved by the Court that Lester B. Whitton and A. B.
