and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12483 ORDER REFUNDING PORTION OF DEPOSIT OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT N0. 2
OF FINES AND FEES COLLECTED DURING JULY, 1975
On this the 22nd day of August, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of refunding to Charles J. Fees, Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 2, a portion
of the fines and fees deposited with the County Treasurer of Kerr County for the month of
July, 1975; and it appearing to the Court that a check in the amount of $30.00 which had been
previously deposited by the said Charles J. Rees in his official bank account has been dis-
honored when presented Łor collection through normal banking channels and that said sum of
$30.00 had been deposited with the County Treasurer of Kerr County by the said Charles J. Rees
while the said oririnal check was in transit through banking channels, and that the official

,`/ bank account of Charles J. Rees no;' has a deficiency in the amount of $30.00, it is ordered
_ ~•, on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved
by the Court that the County Treasurer of Kerr County be authorized to refund to Charles J.
Rees, Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 2, the sum oŁ $30.00 representing the amount of
fine and costs erroneously shown to have been collected in Cause No. 5743 on the Justice's
criminal docket as per his July, 1975 report; and that the refund be made from those funds
to whose credit the said sum caas deposited by the County Treasurer.

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO. 12484 ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1976
On this the 4th day of September 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1976. It appearing
to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr County
in the City of Kerrville, Texas for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and after
thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the
community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the
Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1976.

NO. 12485 RESIGNATION OF J. W. WILSON, COURTHOUSE CUSTODIAN
On this the 4th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
- seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of J.
W. Wilson, Courthouse Custodian, be ratified and confirmed, with regret, effective September
4, 1975.
