Schwethelm Commissioner Precinct No. 1 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings Caere had: NO. 12483 ORDER REFUNDING PORTION OF DEPOSIT OF JUSTICE OF THE PEACE OF PRECINCT N0. 2 OF FINES AND FEES COLLECTED DURING JULY, 1975 On this the 22nd day of AucJust, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter oŁ refunding to Charles J. Rees, Justice of the Peace of Precinct No. 2, a portion of the fines and fees deposited with the County Treasurer of Kerr County for the month of July, 1975; and it appearing to the Court that a check in the amount of $30.00 which had been previously deposited by the said Charles J. Rees in his official bank account has been dis- honored when presented for Collection through normal banking channels and that said sum of $30.00 had been deposited with the County Treasurer of Kerr County by the said Charles J. Rees cahile the said oririnal check was in transit through banking channels, and that the official bank account of Charles J. Rees now has a deficiency in the amount of $30.00, it is ordered ~" /~ on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved. by the Court that the County Treasurer of Kerr County be authorized to refund to Charles J. Schwethelm ~` Adolph Bartel Roger Stone County Judge Commissioner Precinct No. 1 Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 12484 ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1976 On this the 4th day of September 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the public hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1976. It appearing to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr County in the City of Kerrville, Texas for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of the community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved. Therefore, on motion made by Commissioaer Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the adoptioa of the County Budget for the year 1976. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12485 RESIGNATION OF J. WILSON, COURTHOUSE CUSTODIAN On this the 4th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, t - seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of J.
