On this the 4th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that Thomas R. McLoughlin be employed
as Courthouse Custodian, effective September 5, 1975 and that his compensation be set at
56560.00 per annum, payable out of the General Fund, plus $600.00 per annum for feeding
of prisoners on regulaz Courthouse business days, payable out of Officers Salary Fuad.

NO. 12487 ACCEPTANCE OF ROADWAYS IN KERRVILLE HIGH COUNTRY RANCH SECTION 3, IN KERB COUNTY
COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT NO. 4
On this the 4th day of September 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of acceptance of roadways in Kerrville High Country Ranch Section 3 in Kerr County Commis-
sinner's Precinct No. 4. upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Bartel, with Commissioners Schwethelm, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and County Judge
Neunhoffer abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, that Kerr County
accept maintenance of roadways in Kerrville Hiqh Country Ranch Section 3, in Commissioner's
Precinct No. 4 and that the clause stated in Order No. 11908, dated July 31, 1973, recorded
in Volume N, Page 410, Commissioners' Court Minutes, in regard to Section 3 of Kerrville
High Country Ranch, be rescinded.
