It is further ordered by the Court that the Court's prior order #12,406 entered on the 12th day of May, 1975 and recorded in Vol. N, page 619 of the minutes of the Court and the Court's prior order X12,453 entered on the 14th day of July, 1975 and recorded in Volume O, page S of the minutes of the Court be rescinded due to their invalidity and that this order shall in all matters be a substitute for and supersede the said two orders.
