NO. 12491 APPORTIONMENT OF LATERAL ROAD MONEY
On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that upon receipt of $19,945.67 into
the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County Treasurer aze hereby directed
to make the following transfers:
Lateral	Road	Precinct	No.	1 ---	------ $5983.71
Lateral	Road	Precinct	No.	2 ---	------ $3989.13
Lateral	Road	Precinct	No.	3 ---	------ $3989.13
Lateral	Road	Precinct	No.	4 ---	------ $5983.70

NO. 12492 SALARY OF COUNTY JUDGE INCREASED $75.00 PER MONTH, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 1975
On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of the County Judge be
~^' increased in the amount of $75.00 per month, effective September 1, 1975, to replace certain
allowances formerly received as Ex-Officio County School Superintendent, payable out of
Officers Salazy Fund.

NO. 12493 MINUTES READ AND APPROVED
On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Kerr County, Texas, from pages 13 through 22, Volume O.

NO. 12494 APPORTIONMENT OF $14,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and aze hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 from the F. M. &
Lateral Road Fund to the respective Commissioners' precincts, for repair and maintenance of
lateral roads:
Road & Bridge No. 1 ------- S4,200.00
Road & Bridge No. 2 ------- $2,800.00
Road & Bridge No. 3 ------- $2,800.00
Road & Bridge No. 4 ------- $4,200.00

NO. 12495 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motioa made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
and aze hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salazy Fund.

On this the 8th day of September 1975, at a Requlaz Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with all officers present, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the following tax levies

subdivisions thereof, as follows:
