On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motlon made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that upon receipt of $19,945.67 into
the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County Treasurer are hereby directed
to make the following transfers:

NO. 12492 SALARY OF COUNTY JUDGE INCREASED $75.00 PER MONTH, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 1975
On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of the County Judge be
increased in the amount of 575.00 per month, effective September 1, 1975, to replace certain
allowances formerly received as Ex-Officio County School Superintendent, payable out of
Officers Salary Pund.

On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motlon made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Minutes of the Commissioners'
Court of Rerr County, Texas, from pages 13 through 22, Volume O.

NO. 12494 APPORTIONMENT OF $14,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 from the F. M. &
Lateral Road Fund to the respective Commissioners' precincts.

by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
and are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.
