M. ~ Lateral Road Fund ............. ,02 .15 Total ,17 Total County Tax Rate ,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,97 Divide Common School District No. 12 Local Maintenance Fund ............. .60 Occupation Tax - 50% of State Levy Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o '; NO. 12497 ORDER ESTABLISHING HA3IS FOR AND CLERICAL PROCEDURES TO BE EMPLOYED IN VALUATION OF REAL ESTATE AND IMPROVEMENTS, LIVESTOCK, AUTOMOB II.ES AND ALL OTHER TAXABLE PROPERTY FOR THE YEAR 1976 On this the 8th day of September, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of classifying lands in Kerr County for tax purposes and establishing the basis for valuations to be employed by the Tax Assessor of Kerr County, Texas, as well as clerical 'procedures to be employed in taking renditions for 1976 ad valorem taxes; and it appearing '!to the Court that certain guidelines should be established to furnish the basis for such valua-: I',tions as well as clerical procedures to be employed, it is therefore ordered and the Tax !!Assessor of Kerr County is hereby instructed to list the full market value of all properties Ijrendered for 1976 with the ratio of valuations to be employed to be determined subsequently; And it is further ordered that those properties for which exemption from ad valorem taxes !are claimed pursuant to provisions of Article 7150, Revised Civil Statutes, or other applicable Maws shall be separately listed by the owners thereof, together with the basis for claiming ''exemption from taxation, provided that this requirement shall not extend to the properties 'owned by the United States of Amerfca, the State of Texas or any of fts political subdivisions or to any school district. On motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the foregoing order 'was unanimously approved, this the 8th day of September, 1975. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12498 ORDER ENDORSING ROUTE FOR PROPOSED STATE HIGHWAY LOOP FROM F. M. ROAD 689 (SH 173) TO STATE HIGHWAY 16 AND INTERSTATE HIGHWAY NO. 10 On this the 8th day of September, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of approving and endorsing a route for a proposed State Highway Loop running from F. M. Road 689 (SH 173) northeasterly to State Highway 16 and Interstate Highway No. 10; and it appearing to the Court that at a public hearing held by the Texas Highway Department on August 13, 1974 three possible routings for said proposed loop were discussed and considered, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimous- ly approved by _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the Court that the Commissioners' Court does as of this date approve and endorse a routing for 'the said proposed loop which was designated and referred to at said public hearing as "Route B", and the Court does hereby further approve and endorse a proposed northerly extension of said "Route H" from State Highway 16 to the south right of way line of Interstate Highway No. 10; and the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County does hereby express its intention to cooperate ~~~ i with the City of Kerrville and the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation
