ROAD 689 (SH 173) ' TO STATE HIGHWAY 16 AND INTERSTATE HIGHWAY NO, 10 ' On this the 8th day of September, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court 'the matter of approving and endorsing a route for a proposed State Highway Loop running from F. M. Road 689 (SH 173) northeasterly to State Highway 16 and interstate Highway No. 10; 'and it appearing to the Court that at a public hearing held by the Texas Highway Department on ''August 13, 1974 three possible routings far said proposed loop were discussed and considered, ''it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimous-! ly approved by _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ it the Court that the Commissioners' Court does as of this date approve and endorse a routing for 'the said proposed loop which was designated and referred to at said public hearing as "Route I k'~ lV~j B", and the Court does hereby further approve and endorse a proposed northerly extension of said "Route B" from State Highway 16 to the south right of way line of Interstate Highway No. 10; and the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County does hereby express its intention to cooperate with the City of Kerrville and the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation
