M. ROAD 689 (SH 173) TO STATE HIGHWAY 16 AND INTERSTATE HIGHWAY NO. 10 On this the 8th day of September, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of approving and endorsing a route for a proposed State Highway Loop running from F. M.
