On this the 8th day of September 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Juanita Reeves Maples, Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to
appoint and deputize Margit Turner as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas and
it appearing to the Court that said application should he approved; therefore, upon motion
made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously
~~ approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Margit Turner as Deputy Tax Assessor-
, Collector, at a salazy of $5100.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the
same being September 9, 1975, said salary payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

NO. 12500 RESIGNATION OF EILEEN BROWN AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 8th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Eileen Brown
as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective July 31, 1975.

On this the 19th day of September 1975, with the County Judge and County Commissioners
sitting as a Boazd of Equalization, did carefully examine the Tax Rolls made up from the
approved assessments by Juanita Reeves Maples, Tax Assessor-Collector for Kerr County, Texae,
and for the year 1975 and did find that all Surveys and parts of Surveys of land, and all
lots and blocks of the Cities and Towns of this County and all personal property, insofaz
as they were able to ascertain have been assessed for taxes for the year 1975 at its true
and full market or real value.
