On this the 19th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Estella
: Witt, as Chief Deputy County Clerk, be ratified and confirmed with extreme regret, effective
October 1, 1975.

On this the 26th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the plat of Loudair Hills
Subdivision Section One (a subdivision of Tract #37 of Cleaz Springs Ranches #1, Kerrville
South, comprising 1.75 acres out of Sur. #1118 Theresa Page, Kerr Co. Texas).
