On this the 19th day of September 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
' by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Estella
Witt, as Chief Deputy County Clerk, be ratified and confirmed with extreme regret, effective
October 1, 1975.

seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the plat of Loudair Hilis
Subdivision Section One (a subdivision of Tract #37 of Clear Spriags Ranches #l, Kerrville
South, comprising 1.75 acres out of Sur. #1118 Theresa Page, Kerr Co. Texas).
