Sallee Commissioner Precinct No. 2 Adolph Bartel Commissioner Precinct No. 3 Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4 and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had: NO. 12504 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 13th day of October 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salazy, County Law Library and Jury Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1839 thru 1843 Voucher Nos. 43202 thru 43381 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12505 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED On this the 13th day of October 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the vazious reports of September of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heazd and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be approved, therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit: EMMIE M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to Officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1975 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $8,136.98. ^~ Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2931.08. It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Baztel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court 3d unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12507 ORDER CONSOLIDATING CERTAIIQ KERB COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 4, 1975 On this the 13th day of October 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of consolidating certain election precincts of Kerr County for the purpose of conducting a Constitutional Amendment Election ordered by the Governor of the State of Texas to be held on November 4, 1975; and it appeazing to the Court that Section 2.02(g) of the Texas Election Code authorizes the combination of any two or more Kerr County election precincts into consolidation precincts for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid election; and it further appearing to the Court that the costs of conducting this election would be materially reduced by certain consolidations, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that for the purpose of conducting the Constitutional Amendment election called for November 4, 1975, the following consolidations of Kerr County's 19 regular election precincts shall be as follows: 1. Election precincts 1 and 7 aze consolidated into a single precinct with the Kerr County Courthouse being designated as the polling place; 2. Election precincts 2 and 8 are consolidated into a single precinct with the Center Point American Legion Hall being designated as the polling place; 3. Election precincts 4, 9 and 10 are consolidated with the Sunset Baptist Church being designated as the polling place; 4, Election precincts 11 and 15 are consolidated into a single precinct with the Tom Daniels Elementary School being designated as the polling place; 5. Election precincts 13 and 16 are consolidated, with the Starkey School being designated as the polling place; 6. Election precincts 14 and 17 are consolidated, with the Scott Schreiner Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse being designated as the polling place; 7. Election precincts 18 and 19 are consolidated, with the Blackwell Fire Station being designated as the polling place; and it is further ordered that regularly appointed election officials for precincts 1, 2, 4, 11, 16, 17 and 19 shall conduct the said election in the aforesaid consolidated election /" precincts. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12508 APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE AND ALTERNATD PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE FOR ELECTION PRECINiCT NO. 2 On this the 13th day of October 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Ralph white be appointed Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 2 to replace Doris Hodges and that C. H. Mosty be appointed Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 2. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12509 APPOINTMENT OF PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE OF ELECTION NO. 15 On this the 13th day of October 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded ~ by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Olivia Chappins be appointed Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 15 to replace Mrs. Sharon Campion. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
