S. TREASURY NOTES On this the 13th day of October, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the letter request of Chas. Schreiner Bank, the County Depository of Kerr County, to substitute $400,000.00 U. S. Treasury note 83f% for $400,000.00 U. S. Treasury notes Series A 1980 now pledged to secure that certain Depository Pledge Contract entered lnto between the said Bank and Kerr County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 7, page 210 of the Bond Record of Kerr County, on April 14, 1975; And it appearing to the Court that the Depository Bank desires to sell said Series A 1980 Treasury notes and that the said Bank should properly be allowed to make a substitution of acceptable securities; It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid request of the said Chas. Schreiner Bank be granted and that the said County Depository Hank be authorized to sell the following notes: .... 5400,000.00 U. 5. Treasury notes 6 7/8% Series A 1980 dated 5/15/75 and due 5/15/80; and substitute therefor the following: $400,000.00 U. S. Treasury note 8'-e% dated 9/4/75 and due 9/30/79; And it is further ordered that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian of the aforesaid U. S. Treasury notes Series A 1980, be, and is hereby authorized to release them to the Chas. Schreiner Bank upon receipt oŁ $400,000.00 U. S. Treasury note 8'~% dated 9/4/75 and due 9/30/79, and to hold the said treasury note as custodian pursuant to the usual and customary terms applicable to the existing depository pledge contract, and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court provide certified copies of this Order to each bank concerned. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12511 ORDER AUTHORIZING UNITED STATES POST OFFICE TO INSTALL COURTESY MAIL BOXES AND CONSTRUCT ACCESS DRIVEWAY ON SOUTHEAST CORNER OF COURTHOUSE SQUARE On this the 13th day of October, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court -- the proposal of the United States Post Office to install courtesy mail boxes on the southeast corner of the courthouse square between the existing parking area and the street lines of Main and Earl Garrett Streets and to construct a service driveway across said corner from Eazl Garrett to Main Street so as to permit citizens to mail letters directly from their automobiles; and it appearing to the Court that said proposal as depicted on the sketch here- with filed with the papers of the Court would serve a much needed public purpose and would not interfere with the regulaz and normal use of the courthouse square, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by the Court that the United States Post Office be granted authority to install said courtesy mail boxes and construct the proposed service driveway from Earl Garrett Street to Main Street provided that all work done shall be at no cost to Kerr County either for construction costs or relocation of existing facilities of any nature, and provided further that the City of Kerrville and the State Department of Highways and Public Transportation grant any necessary authorization for driveway construction. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12512 PLAT OF DEER HILL ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF INGRAM, TEXAS APPROVED On this the 13th day of October 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Deer Hill Addition to the
