NO, 12516 TRANSFER OF $20,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
Oa this the 13th day of October 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and
are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

NO, 12517 APPORTIONMENT OF $14,000.00 FROM F. M. 6 LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 13th day of October 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Baztel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be and aze hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 from the F. M. &
Lateral Road Fund to the respective Commissioners' precincts for repair & maintenance of
lateral roads:
