NO. 12518 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO, 12507 CONSOLIDATING CERTAIDT KERR COUNTY ELECTION
PRECINCTS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION TO BE HELD NOVEMBER 4, 1975
On this the 28th day of October 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Order No. 12507 Consolidating
Certain Kerr County Election Precincts for Constitutional Amendment Election to be held
November 4, 1975, be amended to read as follows: that the regularly appointed election
officials for Election Precinct No. 7 shall conduct the said election in the consolidated
Election Precincts 1 and 7, due to the inability of the previously appointed election
officials of Election Precinct No. 1 to serve.

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO, 12519 ORDER TO ENDORSE AND SUPPORT THE APPLICATION OF THE SERR COUNTY PROJECT, TITLED
KERR COUNTY JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT, PROPOSED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE TEXAS
CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION FOR A GRANT AMOUNT OF $17,474.95 TO ESTABLISH A KERB
COUNTY JWENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT IN ORDER TO PROVIDE FOR A FULL TIME JUVENILE
PROBATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Kerr County Commissioners' Court has reviewed and approved this project
and agreed that the project is consistent with the wishes of Kerr County and its current and
'-' long range correctional needs;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED on motion by Commissioner SALLEE, seconded by Commissioner
SCHWETHELM, and unanimously approved that the Commissioners" Court of Kerr County endorses
and supports the application, titled KERR COUNTY JWENIl.E PROBATION DEPARTMENT, and authorizes
the Kerr County Judge to submit the same to the Texas Criminal Justice Division and urges
its approval by the Texas Criminal Justice Division of the Governor's Office; and it is
further ordered that Kerr County, acting by and through its Commissioners' Court, does hereby
agree to make the in-kind contributions to the project as set out in the said project applica-
tion.
Duly passed at a meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on this the 4th day of
November, 1975.
