And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Consolidated and other Election Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns,, after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved. A. KARGER, DISTRICT CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF BETTY JANINE MAHAN AS DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK On this the 10th day of November 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the applica- tion of F. A. Karger, District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize Betty Janine Mahan as Deputy District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the Court that said application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commis- sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Betty Janine Mahan as Deputy District Clerk, at a salary of $4800.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being November 10, 1975, said salary payable out of the Officers Salary Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12525 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND On this the 10th day of November 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, --- seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be and are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers Salary Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12526 APPORTIONMENT OF $14,000.00 FROM F.
