On this the 10th day of November 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Salary,
Jury, County Law	Library and Kerr	County Public Library Funds, as	shown in	the	Minutes of
Accounts Allowed	from page 1847	thru 1852 , Voucher Nos. 43481	thru	43637	which were
made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 12521 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS
On this the 10th day of November 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of October of the County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved, therefore upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-

On this the 10th day of November 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of Election Offi-

cials as per claims on file at $2.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges $5.00 for bringing

in returns, including Absentee Box and payment to various places for use of buildings in
holding Proposed Constitutional Revision Election November 4th, 1975.

NO. 12523 ORDER CANVASSING AND TABULATING PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL REVISION ELECTION RETURNS
On this the 10th day of November 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the Proposed Constitutional Revision Election

held on November 4th, 1975.
And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Consolidated and other
Election Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns,,
after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and
unanimously approved by the Court, that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in Volume 6,
Pages 40 and 41, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as certified thereto
by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved.

NO. 12524 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF F. A. KARGER, DISTRICT CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF BETTY
JANINE MAHAN AS DEPUTY DISTRICT CLERK
On this the 10th day of November 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of F. A. Karger, District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and
deputize Betty Janine Mahan as Deputy District Clerk of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing
to the Court that said application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that said
officer be authorized to deputize Betty Janine Mahan as Deputy District Clerk, at a salary of
$4800.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being November 10, 1975,
said salary payable out of the Officers Salary Fund.

NO. 12525 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 10th day of November 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,

be and are hereby authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the
Officers Salary Fund.

NO. 12526 APPORTIONMENT OF $14,000.00 FROM F. M. & LATERAL ROAD FUND
On this the 10th day of November 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $14,000.00 from the F. M. &
Lateral Road Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts, for repair and maintenance of
lateral roads:
