NO. 12530 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS OUT OF JURY, GENERAL, ROAD & BRIDGE
#4, PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT AND FLOOD CONTROL MAINTENANCE FUNDS
On this the 10th day of November 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the following funds and in
the amounts listed:
Jury Fund $ 10,000.00
General Fund 100,000.00
Road & Bridge #4 Fund 10,000.00
Permanent improvement Fund 5,000.00
Flood Control Maintenance Fund 10,000.00
and that these funds should be invested as soon as current Certificates of Deposits mature _.
and the proceeds thereof are deposited to the credit of Kerr County, pending possible need
of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of $10,000.00 out
of Jury Fund, $100,000.00 out of General Fund, $10,000.00 out of Road & Bridge #4 Fund,
$5,000.00 out of Permanent Improvement Fund and $10,000.00 out of Flood Control Maintenance
Fund, be invested in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits with the Chas. Schreiner
Bank, which investments shall be made as soon as practicable and that .such Certificates of
Deposits shall be for a period of 90 days from date of investment.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw proper
vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the afore-
said investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 11th day of November 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning August 1, 1975 and ending
October 31, 1975, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

On this the 11th day of November 1975, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of August 1975 and ending on the 31st
day of October 1975, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
_ for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
