CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 11th day of November 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly ',
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning August 1, 1975 and ending
October 31, 1975, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

NO. 12535 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 11th day of November 1975, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of August 1975 and ending on the 31st
day of October 1975, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is

hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
accounts of said Treasurer is accordance with this order.

AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 5th day of December, 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the appliCa-
tion of E. A. Schreiber, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize
Ray Davis as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the Court that said
• application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized
to deputize Ray Davis as Deputy Sheriff, at a salary of $5760.00 per annum, effective the date"
