On this the 5th day of December, 1975, rnpon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Teresa
Oliver, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas be ratified and confirmed, effective December 5,
1975.

No. 12537 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF E. A. SCHREIBER, SHERIFF, FOR APPOINTMENT OF RAY DAVIS,
AS DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 5th day of December, 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of E. A. Schreiber, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for authority to appoint and deputize
Ray Davis as Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas and it appearing to the Court that said
application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously aggroved that said officer be authorized
to deputize Ray Davis as Deputy Sheriff, at a salary of $5760.00 per annum, effective the date
of his qualification, the same being December 5, 1975, said salary payable out of Revenue
Sharing Trust Fund.
