NO. 12543 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVERPARK ESTATE
On this the 8th day of December 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverpark Estates, pro-
vided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road easements dedicatet~
for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for repair,
maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.

NO. 12544 DECEMBER PAYDAY SET FOR DECEMBER 23, 1975
On this the Bth day of December 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the December payday be set for
December 23, 1975 for Officials, employees and allowances.

NO. 12545 ANNUAL PAYMENT TO SID PETERSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
On this the 8th day of December 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the annual payment be made to the
Sid Peterson Memorial Hospital in the amount of $2500.00, drawn on the General Fund, toward
care of indigent patients.

NO. 12546 NOTICE OF PROPOSED SALARY INCREASES OF ELECTIVE OFFICIALS OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 8th day of December, 1975, came on to be considered by the Court, the
matter of proposed salary increases for certain elected County and Precinct Officials of
Kerr County, Texas, pursuant to applicable laws of the State of Texas. It is ordered that
notice be published once in the official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, that it is the
intention of the Commissioners' Court to consider the following proposed salary increases at
a public hearing to be held in the Commissioners Courtroom on December 30, 1975, at 10:00
A. M., and if approved, to implement same at the regular January, 1976 Term, namely January
12, 1976, and that such increases, if ordered, shall be effective January 1, 1976:
