PATRICIA DYE AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK AaTD SALARY ADJUSTMENT OF MELINDA AHRENS,
DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 8th day of December 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
'! tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Patricia Dye
as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas and authorization for the salary adjustment of
Melinda Ahrens, Deputy County Clerk, from an hourly basis to full time deputy. It appearing
to the Court that said application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commis-
sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that said
', officer be authorized to deputize Patricia Dye as Deputy County Clerk at a salary of S5400.00,
per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being December 8th, 1975, and
' that the salary adjustment of Melinda Ahrens, Deputy County Clerk be set at $5400.00 per
annum, effective December 1, 1975, said salaries payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 8th day of December 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,

County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of,$14,000.00 from the F.
'~ M. & Lateral Road Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts, for repair and maintenance
of Lateral roads:

Alternate Presiding Election Judge of Election Precinct No. 15, to replace A. J. Koska.
