and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO, 12552 VOIDING OF PLAT OF RIVER RUN FILED MAY 7th, 1975 AND APPROVAL OF NEW PLAT OF RIVER
RUN
On this the 19th day of December 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved of the voiding of Plat of
River Run, filed May 7th, 1975, recorded in Volume 4, Page 36 of the Plat Records of Kerr
County, Texas and approval of new plat of River Run.

NO. 12553 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVERHILL TOL4NHOUSE TRACTS NO. 2
On this the 19th day of December 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverhill Townhouse
Tracts No. 2, provided in so doing that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by
Kerr County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

NO. 12554 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF LOUDAIR HILL SUBDIVISION SECTION TWO
On this the 19th day of December 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Loudair Hill
Subdivision Section Two.
