On this the 8th day of December, 1975 came on to be heard and considered
by the Court the matter of requiring the delineation of the 100 year flood level on
certain plats hereafter submitted to the Gonimissioners" Court of Kerr County for
approval for filing in the Flat Recordti of Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court
that proposed flood insurance requirements and private sewage dispu~al permits

Guadalupe River, Johnson Cree}:, major tributary streams of the Guadalupe, Iviedina,
Pedernales and Llano Rivers, and any other streai~~, watercour;;e or flood prone area
which the Commissioners' Court deems to be subject to possible major flooding or
which may have been designated as flood prone areas by an agency of the United
Mates.
