Z'he contour line of the 100 year frequency 1'luvd level shall, if the i provisions of this order apply, be depicted on the proposed plat from the best available evidence pending its official determination, if any, by a~, .tgency of the United States ox.the Upper C'ruadalupe River Authority, and in the e: vent of a prior determination by one of the aforesaid agencies, such d. tc~rniination shall prevail.
