COUNTY OF KERR I BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 1st
day of Januazy 1975, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the District Courtroom thereof, in formal
session, a Special Januazy Term of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers

County Judge Julius R. Neunhoffer approved the bonds of Commissioner elect,
Clinton M. Sallee of Precinct No. 2 and Commissioner elect, Roger S. Stone of Precinct No. 4.

Court recessed for the administration of oaths for the above Commissioners.

seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the bonds of the County and

NO. 12292 ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION OF EMMIE M. MUENKER, COUNTY CLERK, TO APPOINT
DEPUTIES
On this the lat day of January 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk for authority to deputize the following persons. it
appeazing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said deputies and that her applica-
tion should be approved: therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Baztel, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize
the following appointments to date from January 1st, 1975 and to continue in force until
revoked or otherwise be terminated.
