session, a Special January Term of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers

NO. 12292 ORDER APPROVING APPLICATION OF EMMIE M. MVENKER, COUNTY CLERK, TO APPOINT
DEPUTIES
On this the 1st day of January 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the applica-
tioa of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk for authority to deputize the following persons. It
appearing to the Court that said officer is entitled to said deputies and that her applica-
tion should be approved: therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved Lhat said officer be authorized to deputize
the following appointments to date from January 1st, 1975 and to continue in force until
revoked or otherwise be terminated.

On this the 1st day of January 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the County Clerk's Public Employees
Blanket Bond.

NO. 12294 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF MRS. E. M. McDONALD, COUNTY TREASURER FOR DEPUTY .-.
On this the 1st day of January 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the application of Mrs. E. M. McDonald,
County Treasurer. It appearing to the Court that a need exists for said Deputy and that
Billie G. Meeker is hereby appointed Deputy to the County Treasurer to date from January 1st,
1975 and to continue in force until revoked or otherwise be terminated.

NO. 12295 APPROVAL OF BOND OF BILLIE G. MEEKER AS DEPUTY COUNTY
On this the 1st day of January 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the bond of Billie G. Meeker
as Deputy County Treasurer.

NO. 12296 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF F. A. KARGER, DISTRICT CLERK, FOR APPOINTMENT OF
DEPUTY
On this the 1st day of January 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the application of F. A. Karger,
District Clerk, for authority to deputize Mary Brooks as Deputy District Clerk. It appearing
to the Court that a need exists for said Deputy and that Mary Brooks is hereby appointed
Deputy District Clerk to date from January 1st, 1975 and to continue in force until revoked
or otherwise be terminated.

On this the 1st day of January 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded

District Clerk.

NO. 12298 APPOINTMENT OF DR. THEODORE R. BOYCE AS COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER
On this the 1st day of January 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that Dr. Theodore R. Boyce be appoint-
ed County Health Officer for a two year term,, effective January 1, 1975.
