Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12301 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED On this the 13th day of January 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various reports of December of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and should be approved, therefore upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to Officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1974 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $9,030.30. n Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2768.00. It appeazing to the Court that said reports aze in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12303 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES On this the 13th day of Januazy 1975, came on to be considered by the Court the semi- annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from July 1, 1974 and ending December 31, 1974 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $9,030.30. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved. Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12304 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 13th day of January 1975, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the yeaz 1975, as pro- vided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas and Article 3912e, Section 6, R. C. S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1975. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone , seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salazy basis as provided by law, for the yeaz 1975. It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12305 TRANSFER OF $28,205.00 TO SOCIAL SECURITY FUND On this the 13th day of January 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the following amounts to the Social Security Fund from their respective funds: Jury Fund $ 505.00 Road & Bridge Fund 8450.00 General Funcs 1850.00 Officers Salary Fund 17400.00 Total $28205.00 o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12306 ORDER SETTING PAY OF GRAND JURORS, PETIT JURORS AND SPECIAL VENIREMEN IN DISTRICT COURT AND OF JURORS IN COUNTY COURT On this the 13th day of January 1975, came on to be heazd and considered by the Court the matter of fixing the compensation of Grand Jurors, Petit Jurors and Special Venire- men in the District Court of Kerr County and of Jurors in the County Court of Kerr County,
