Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her hands for the period from July 1, 1974 and ending December 31, 1974 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $9,030.30. Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12304 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 13th day of January 1975, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of vazious County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1975, as pro- vided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas and Article 3912e, Section 6, R. C. S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salazy basis as provided by law, for the year 1975. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone , seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1975. SCHREINER BANK, TRUSTEE OF THE CHARLES SCHREINER ROAD FUND, TO MAKE EXPENDITURE OF ACCRUED EARNINGS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 IN KERB COUNTY On this the 13th day of January, 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court, acting in its capacity as Advisory Trustees of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, pursuant to judgment entered in Cause No. 6127 on the docket of the Second Thirty-eighth District Court of Kerr County, Texas, the matter of advising the Chas.
