FOR RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY NO. 16 On this the 13th day of January, 1975, came on to be heard and considered the matter of amending Order No. 12,214 entered on the 30th day of August, 1974, and recorded in Volume N, Page 536 of the minutes of the Court, in which Kerr County did make an offer to Riverhill Club and Estates, Ltd for right of way for State Highway 16; and it appearing to the Court that Riverhill Club & Estates, Ltd., through their attorney, has by letter dated January 8, 1975, a copy of which is filed as an exhibit hereto, requested that the total consideration for the conveyance of the four parcels of right of way concerned, namely $32,852.50, be paid in part to those lienholders who have executed and delivered partial releases of outstanding liens against the four parcels of right of way concerned, it is ordered on motion by Commis- sioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid Order No. 12,214 be amended to provide that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authoriz- ed to draw the following four vouchers aggregating $32,852.50 on the Highway 16 right of way fund for delivery as per terms and conditions originally set forth in said Order No. 12,214; 1.
