of setting salaries and allowances for the year 1975 of elected County and Precinct Officials
of Kerr County, Texas, and it appearing that the method of compensation has been duly set by
the Court according to law, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the annual salaries and
allowances be approved, as per schedule on file, which provides for a S600.00 per annum cost
of living expense for non elected personnel, effective as of January 1, 1975.

NO. 12316 PAYMENTS TO DISTRICT CLERK AS LIBRARIAN FOR COUNTY LAW LIBRARY
On this the 13th day of January 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that payments as previously authorized,
be continued to be paid to the District Clerk, as Librarian for the County Law Library.

NO. 12317 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF BENSON SUBDIVISION
On this the 13th day of January 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Benson Subdivision.

NO. 12318 ORDER AMENDING ORDER NO. 12,214 RE: OFFER TO RIVERHILL CLUB & ESTATES, LTD. FOR
RIGHT OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY NO. 16
On this the 13th day of January, 1975, came on to be heard and considered the matter
of amending Order No. 12,214 entered on the 30th day of August, 1974, and recorded in Volume
N, Page 536 of the minutes of the Court, in which Kerr County did make an offer to Riverhill
Club and Estates, Ltd for right of way for State Highway 16; and it appearing to the Court
that Riverhill Club & Estates, Ltd., through their attorney, has by letter dated January 8,
1975, a copy of which is filed as an exhibit hereto, requested that the total consideration
for the conveyance of the four parcels of right of way concerned, namely $32,852.50, be paid
in part to those lienholders who have executed and delivered partial releases of outstanding
liens against the four parcels of right of way concerned, it is ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that the
aforesaid Order No. 12,214 be amended to provide that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authoriz-
ed to draw the following four vouchers aggregating $32,852.50 on the Highway 16 right of
way fund for delivery as per terms and conditions originally set forth in said Order No.
12,214;
