NO, 12329 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 10th day of February 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of January of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and
should be approved, therefore upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

NO. 12330 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS OUT OF JURY, GENERAL, ROAD & BRIDGE
#4, LATERAL ROAD #4, PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT, FLOOD CONTROL MAINTENANCE, F. M. &
LATERAL ROAD AND SOCIAL SECURITY FUNDS
On this the 10th day of February 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the following funds and in the
amounts listed:
Jury Fund
General Fund
Road & Bridge No. 4 Fund
Lateral Road No, 4 Fund
Permanent Improvement Fund
Flood Control Maintenance Fund
F. M. & Lateral Road Fund
Social Security Fund

and that these funds should be invested as soon as current Certificates of Deposits mature
and the proceeds thereof are deposited to the credit of Kerr County, pending possible need of
these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of $10,000.00 out of
Jury Fund, $150,000.00 out of reneral Fund, $10,000.00 out of Road & Bridge No. 4 Fund,
$5,000.00 out of Lateral Road No. 4 Fund, $5,000.00 out of Permanent improvement Fund,
$10,000.00 out of Flood Control Maintenance Fund, $50,000.00 out of F, M, & Lateral Road
Fund and $20,000.00 out of Social Security Fund, be invested in Interest Bearing Certificates
of Deposits with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be made as soon as
practicable and that such Certificates of Deposits shall be for a period of 90 days from date
of investment.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw proper
vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the afore-
said investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.
