On this the 10th day of February 1975, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of January of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, the same having
been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct and
should be approved, therefore upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and filed with
the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

LATERAL ROAD AND SOCIAL SECURITY FUNDS
On this the 10th day of February 1975, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the following funds and in the
amounts listed:

and that these funds should be invested as soon as Current Certificates of Deposits mature

these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of $10,000.00 out of
Jury Fund, $150,000.00 out of General Fund, $10,000.00 out of Road & Bridge No. 4 Fund,
$5,000.00 out of Lateral Road No. 4 Fund, $5,000.00 out of Permanent Improvement Fund,
$10,000.00 out of Flood Control Maintenance Fund, $50,000.00 out of F. M. & Lateral Road
Fund and $20,000.00 out of Social Security Fund, be invested in Interest Bearing Certificates
of Deposits with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be made as soon as
practicable and that such Certificates of Deposits shall be for a period of 90 days from date
of investment.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw proper
vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect the afore-
said investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

NO. 12331 A RESOLUTION - RE: VHF LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
WHEREAS the Sheriff of Kerr County is participating in the statewide VHF law enforcement
communications network,
WHEREAS, the Alamo Area Council of Governments is currently applying to the Texas
Criminal Justice Council Łor a grant for radio equipment,

WHEREAS, the Sheriff of Kerr County is in need of three portable radios and three
chargers,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Kerr hereby authorizes the Alamo
Area Council of Governments to make said application to the Texas Criminal Justice Council
on its behalf to acquire the needed equipment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Kerr County agrees to pay 25 percent of the cost of these
three portable radios and associated chargers, not to exceed $545.25, the remaining cost to
be funded by said grant.
On motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously
approved by the Court, the foregoing resolution was adopted by the Commissioners' Court of
Kerr County this the 10th day of February, 1975.

NO. 12332 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVERHILL ESTATES NO. ONE
On this the 10th day of February 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverhill Estates
No. One.

NO. 12333 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVERHILL TOWNHOUSE TRACTS ONE
On this the 10th day of February 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverhill Townhouse Tracts
One.

NO. 12334 ORDER CONSOLIDATING KERR COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR SPECIAL CONSTITUTIONAL
AMENDMENT ELECTION TO BE HELD ON APRIL 22, 1975
On this the 10th day of February, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of consolidating the Election Precincts of Kerr County for the purpose of con-
ducting a Special Constitutional Amendment Election ordered by the Legislature of the State
of Texas to be held on April 22, 1975 and it appearing to the Court that Section 2.02 (g)
of the Texas Election Code authorizes the combination of any two or more Kerr County Election
Precincts into consolidation Precincts for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid Special
Election and it further appearing to the Court that the costs of conducting this election
would be materially reduced by such consolidations, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner
Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that for the
purpose of conducting the Special Constitutional Amendment Election called for April 22,
1975 the following consolidations of Kerr County's 19 Regular Election Precincts shall be
as follows:
	1. Election Precincts	1, 7 and 13	are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Kerr
	County Courthouse being	designated	as the polling place.
`~~	2. Election Precincts	16, 18 and	19 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Black-
	well Fire Station being	designated	as the polling place.
3. Election Precincts 12, 14 and 17 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Club-
house of Kerrville Municipal Golf Course being designated as the polling place.
4. Election Precincts 11 and 15 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Tom Daniels
Elementary School being designated as the polling place.
5. Election Precincts 2, 3 and 8 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Center
Point American Legion Hall being designated as the polling place.
