WHEREAS, the Sheriff of Kerr County is in need of three portable radios and three chargers, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County of Kerr hereby authorizes the Alamo Area Council of Governments to make said application to the Texas Criminal Justice Council on its behalf to acquire the needed equipment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Kerr County agrees to pay 25 percent of the cost of these three portable radios and associated chargers, not to exceed $545.25, the remaining cost to be funded by said grant. ONE On this the 10th day of February 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverhill Estates "" No. One. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12333 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF RIVERHILL TOWNHOUSE TRACTS ONE On this the 10th day of February 1975, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Riverhill Townhouse Tracts One. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 12334 ORDER CONSOLIDATING KERR COUNTY ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR SPECIAL CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT ELECTION TO BE HELD ON APRIL 22, 1975 On this the 10th day of February, 1975 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of consolidating the Election Precincts of Kerr County for the purpose of con- ducting a Special Constitutional Amendment Election ordered by the Legislature of the State of Texas to be held on April 22, 1975 and it appearing to the Court that Section 2.02 (g) of the Texas Election Code authorizes the combination of any two or more Kerr County Election Precincts into consolidation Precincts for the purpose of conducting the aforesaid Special Election and it further appearing to the Court that the costs of conducting this election would be materially reduced by such consolidations, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that for the purpose of conducting the Special Constitutional Amendment Election called for April 22, 1975 the following consolidations of Kerr County's 19 Regular Election Precincts shall be as follows: 1. Election Precincts 1, 7 and 13 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Kerr County Courthouse being designated as the polling place. 2. Election Precincts 16, 18 and 19 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Black- ~-14 well Fire Station being designated as the polling place. 3. Election Precincts 12, 14 and 17 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Club- house of Kerrville Municipal Golf Course being designated as the polling place. -- 4. Election Precincts 11 and 15 are consolidated into a single Precinct with the Tom Daniels Elementary School being designated as the polling place. 5. Nogues to act on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas in the matter of intervening and filing claims in the 216th Judicial District Court of Kerr County, pursuant to Article 7345b, Texas Civil Statutes, said causes being delinquent tax suits, listed as follows: No. 6696 against Marcus Villarreal, et al No. 6697 against Victor Ramos No. 6698 against Juan Trevino, et ux No. 6699 against Sammy Brown, et al No. 6700 against Stanley Ginter, et al No. 6701 against Ruby Sanchez Gutierrez No. 6702 against Marcilino Martinez No. 6703 against Lewis Espinoza No. 6704 against Mattie Fifer No. 6706 against R.
